Pentecostal Church

The Pentecostal Church, very popularly known as 'Dua Ka Ghar' (A House of Prayer) was established in Meerut by Rev. T. J. Simon who is now serving in Dehradun and Rev. (Late) N. I. Abraham. I also remember a lady - Mrs. Singh who laboured with them in planting the Church in Meerut. As a kid we often attended the revival meetings at 'Dua Ka Ghar' which was then situated in Bombay Bazar, it used to be a one room accomodation / 'Dua Ka Ghar'. Rev. T. J. Simon and Rev. (Late) N. I. Abraham came to Meerut as very young pastors, they were bachelors at that time. If my calculations are correct it is about time for the Pentecostal Church in Meerut to celebrate its Silver Jubliee !!
